Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days; unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders and then it could be up to 5 business days for processing. Items marked Pre-Order will take 5 to 10 business days for processing, depending on available date of the pre-order item. Expect delays on orders around holidays.
Shipping Rates:
There will be a $5 flat shipping rate charged at checkout for clothes, jewelry and accessories. Wall art and larger items will be additional shipping depending on size and weight.
USPS will be used for all shipments. Shipments in the United States only.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Street addresses for shipment delivery only.
Shipment Confirmation and order tracking:
Once the shipment is processed you will be sent confirmation on shipment and tracking information via the email you provide on your order form.
Customs, duties and taxes:
Rose Brooke Boutique LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages:
Rose Brooke Boutique LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email our company directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and take a picture of the damaged goods and include with your claim.
International Shipping Policy:
I only ship within the United States at this time.
